MoTeK's Free Consultation Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 6, 2025

By scheduling or participating in a free consultation with a MoTeK affiliated company, you agree to the following terms:

1. 📌 Nature of the Consultation

Consultations are provided at no cost and is intended solely for informational purposes.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or future services.
By completing a Free Consultation Form you are confirming that the information provided on the form is your own or you are a proxy for who the information is provided and follow up communication from MoTeK is desired.

2. ⏰ Duration and Scope

Free Consultations may be over phone or email to discuss customer needs and other service considerations. It is possible but not required that after a phone or email consultation a MoTeK representative will be able to visit a site for follow up consultations possibly for a fee.
Free Consultations will only focus on selections made and project description in the Consultation Request Form.
Consultations over the phone will be to determine if further consultation steps (in person, possibly for a fee) will need to be made. Phone conversations are generally limited to fewer than five minutes to gather important information about services needed.
Contact for free consultations will be prioritized by order received, thoroughness of project description on the Consultation Request Form, and urgency of customer needs.
MoTeK serves the area within the state of Missouri. Certain considerations can be made to possibly serve outside of Missouri. Not being located within the service area may result in a Free Consultation not being provided or considered.

3. 🤝 No Obligation

Participating in a Free Consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a paid agreement.
You are under no obligation to purchase any services following the Free Consultation.
Even though MoTeK will attempt to answer every consultation request, it is understood that signing up for a free consultation does not guarantee a consultation can be completed as availability of MoTeK staff time may be limited.

4. 🔒 Confidentiality

All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential.
However, the consultation does not establish a formal client-provider relationship.

5. 🚫 Limitations

The consultation is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial).
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule consultations at our discretion.
Multiple submittals of Free Consultation Request forms will not result in multiple Free Consultations. One free consultation per individual.

6. 📧 Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive follow-up communication regarding the consultation.
You may opt out of future communications at any time
